Todd L. Blitzer is the founding principal of the Mirador Group established in 1995. His passion for working with his clients to help them achieve their own goals and dreams within their projects is what drives Todd to make every project reach its potential.

Todd’s professional experience includes a variety of project types and scopes from Commercial to Residential projects including Office Buildings and Lease Spaces, to Hospitality, Mixed-Use projects and Renovation/Restoration projects to existing structures.   Upon Graduating from the University of Texas with a degree in Architecture, he moved to Los Angeles where he practiced Architecture for three years. Todd moved to Houston in 1991 where he worked with PBK Architects for five years on Educational Facilities before establishing Mirador Group in 1995.

Todd has more than 30 years of experience in Architectural and Interior Design projects across the country including Texas, California, Ohio, and Illinois.  He is a registered architect in both Texas and California.  He is a member of the AIA, NCARB, and the Houston Restaurant Association.  Todd has served on the Bellaire Building and Standards Commission, the Planning and Zoning Commission and the Board of Adjustments.
